6 min mile in a comp.
305 DL (have to retest this, I did 295x5)
275 squat (have to retest this)
155 bench (have to retest this)
So I guess I really don’t have any updated feats of strength.

Aracelli Kenyon

I’ve always been active, but I’ve never limited myself to just one lane. Growing up, I played soccer, ran track and cross country, lifted weights, and even captained my dance team. I also loved performing. Musicals and choir gave me a different kind of stage to push myself on.
That mix of competition, leadership, and creativity carried into college, where I competed in strength sports. I won first place in a Strongest Man & Female competition, placed first in my weight class in Powerlifting, and even went on to place first in a few CrossFit competitions.
Through all of it, my journey has been about resilience, discipline, and the joy in movement. Every sport and stage has shaped me into the coach I am today. I know what it takes to push past fear, to start fresh, and to keep going when it gets uncomfortable. That’s exactly what I help others discover for themselves: push past fear, come back stronger after setbacks, and feel capable of anything life throws their way.

My turning point came from a place I didn’t fully understand at the time. I used sports, dance, and working out as a way to escape home life. I didn’t know why I was drawn to movement; I just knew it gave me space, focus, and control when everything else felt out of my hands. That escape turned into purpose: the more I pushed myself, the stronger I felt, not just physically, but mentally.
Looking back, that struggle shaped the coach I am today. I know what it’s like to use movement as a lifeline, and I want to help others discover that same strength, to push past doubt, face challenges, and feel capable of more than they ever thought possible.

My purpose as a coach is simple: to help people move with strength, confidence, and purpose in the gym and in life. I’m passionate about serving anyone ready to push past fear, overcome setbacks, or recover from injuries. Whether that’s a nagging shoulder, a past ankle sprain, or challenges that show up in daily life.
With my training in Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), I help people not just get stronger, but move smarter. By addressing muscle imbalances and retraining the nervous system, I guide clients to rebuild strength, restore function, and regain confidence in their bodies so they can feel capable, resilient, and ready for whatever life throws at them.
